A life designed to inspire action!

My prayer has always been, "Lord, help me see myself through your eyes." 

I was lost for a long time.  I think I knew the real me when I was a little girl, but then my identity was attacked, and everything turned dark.  There was a moment to reclaim me in my 20s, but fear, loneliness, doubt, and low self-esteem ruled me at that time, so I allowed her to get swallowed up. 

As years passed, I completely vanished until I could no longer recognize myself.  It has taken me 13 years to pull myself out of the rubble, clean myself up, and be clothed and ready to be presented to the world!  

Hello world, allow I am Shavaughn Shawnte!!! 

When I look at myself now, I see me.  I see a woman that did the hard work.  She wanted to be healed, and she became intentional about breaking the emotional, spiritual, and mental prisons that kept her bound.  Now, I see victory, success, possibilities, love, and life.  I see a woman who always smiles from her soul, whose heart is full of joy.  I see a woman who is surrounded by peace. 

I live life looking for all the possibilities; I take chances I never thought were possible.  But most importantly, I no longer hide in the shadows because I have been transformed.  

My mission is to help other women do the same by helping them break internal silence, live from their souls, and reclaim their identities.
